Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, with the Romark inventory tag/markings intact.

Items listed as "Damaged" or "For Parts" are sold as-is and are not returnable.

Warranty: Every part includes a 30-day warranty against defects from the date of delivery. If a part is defective or not as described, contact us and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

To start a return, email vbucarsales@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the part was defective or we sent the wrong item.
