• Regions served: We ship to the lower 48 US states. For Alaska, Hawaii, and international shipping, contact us at vbucarsales@gmail.com for a quote.
• Handling time: We try to ship orders within 1 business day of payment (excluding weekends and holidays unless noted).
• Rates & delivery estimates: Delivery estimates and rates appear at checkout based on destination, package dimensions, and weight.
• Large / heavy / freight items: Some assemblies (engines, transmissions, body panels, etc.) may require freight or special packaging. Additional fees or delays may apply; details appear on the listing or in a follow-up message.
• Address accuracy: Please confirm shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by incorrect addresses supplied by the buyer.
• Damaged in transit: Contact us at vbucarsales@gmail.com with photos of the packaging and part.
